Clevelandi Cserkész Regös Csoport 35. Évforduló Gála Műsor

A clevelandi Regös Csoport az alapitása óta, az az 1973 óta, él és virul és a 35. évforduló alkalmából jubileumi előadást rendez. Az "Egyszer esik esztendőben" című programban élő zene kiséretével, a közönséggel visszautaznak hazánkba, Magyarországra. Bemutatják több tájegység népszokásait egy év jelesnapjai keretén belül, szilvesztertől- karácsonyig, Kalocsától-Székelyföldig.

Gála műsorukat 2008. november 15. este 7 órai kezdettel a Lakewood Civic Auditoriumban (14100 Franklin Blvd, Lakewood, OH 44107) tartják.  Jegyekért a 216/521-8352 vagy a 216/381-0995  számokat lehet hivni.

Dear Friends,

        The slapping of boots, the twirling of many-layered skirts, the singing, the dancing and the music will get the audience clapping to the rhythm at the Cleveland Hungarian Scout Folk Ensemble's 35^th  anniversary Gala Performance. The ensemble will celebrate the tradition of Hungarian dance and seasonal customs of historical Hungary on Saturday, November 15^th  at 7 p.m. at the Lakewood Civic Auditorium, 14100 Franklin Blvd. in Lakewood , Ohio .  The more than two-hour program will feature the ensemble performing to live music by a select group of experts in folk music including Kálmán Magyar from Életfa and Walt Mahovlich from Harmonia. 

Special performances will include dances by the group’s alumni and the younger members of the local Hungarian scout troops.  This spectacular evening of song, dance and music from the Hungarian homeland will be a testament not only to the richness of the Hungarian culture but also to the Hungarian youth of Cleveland who are preserving the customs and traditions of their ancestors.

Tickets for the 35th anniversary Gala Performance are $15 and $8 for children under 14. Call 216/521-8352 or 216/381-0995 for reservations.
